The contract offers various recruitment related assessment programmes to help identify skilled candidates to fulfil vacant posts required by collaborative partners.

The scope of the Framework for Assessment Centres is as follows:

  • Recruitment of skilled staff
  • Reduction in cost for assessment centres
  • Enhance service delivery
  • Ongoing service development
  • Appropriate assessment tools
  • Reduction in risk associated with assessment centres

What is out of scope?

  • Temporary staff recruitment
  • Staff training programmes
  • Induction of staff in to departments

Note: It is the responsibility of any buying organisation wishing to use the Framework Agreement to satisfy itself that it is eligible to do so.   • No mapping fee for competency exercises which have already been produced by Capita for collaborative partners.
  • 10% reduction for new collaborative partners using the framework.
  • Capita agreed to provide new Collaborative Partners with a free of charge mock example assessment centre, with costing based on a current / recent recruitment campaign order to assist their understanding of the process and highlight the benefits to their organisation.
