Overview

One-stop shop agreement for the provision of travel services and accommodation and conference venues.

What is in scope?

The travel services agreement provides organisations with a one-stop shop solution for travel services. The agreement covers the provision of:

  • Air travel (domestic and international)
  • Rail travel (domestic and international)
  • Ferry travel (domestic and international)
  • Coach and bus travel
  • Adhoc car hire
  • Hotel accommodation (domestic and international)
  • B&B accommodation
  • Serviced apartments
  • Conference and meeting venues
  • Associated travel services

What is out of scope?

The following services are not available through this agreement:

  • Event management

Who is this available to?

The agreement can only be accessed by organisations that completed a participation document, prior to Scottish Procurement running a mini-competition against the Government procurement travel services framework. The following organisations can access the agreement:
