Policy Manual

The Scottish Government Procurement Policy Manual sets out the rules that apply to Scottish Government staff who are involved in procurement activity. It applies to all procurement of goods, services and works/construction. Adherence to the policies set out in this manual is mandatory for core Scottish Government staff and to any agencies and Non Departmental Public Bodies whose procurement is managed by Scottish Procurement and Commercial Directorate on a shared service basis.
