NPD Projects being planned for
The Scottish Futures Trust (SFT) will be delivering a £2.5 billion NPD pipeline of revenue financed infrastructure projects in partnership with the Scottish Government, Local Government, NHS Boards and other public bodies. Unitary Payment Charges
The following links provide the estimated annual unitary payment charges paid by public sector procuring bodies to private sector consortiums for services provided over the length of each relevant NPD or PPP/PFI contract. The details relate to those projects which are operational or in construction. Details relating to those projects where the contract has expired are not included.
