As part of the review of PAW Scotland over 2008 & 2009, partners were asked to look into the publication of independently verified data regarding the poisoning of birds of prey in Scotland. This information allows all the partner organisations to enter into meaningful discussions and work together to eradicate bad or illegal practices in Scotland.
This publication project has been led by the Scottish Rural Property and Business Association, SRPBA, and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, RSPB, in Scotland.
In January 2009 the first map was published, covering period 2004 - 2008.
In March 2010, two maps were released
