Roseanna Cunningham MSP, the Minister for Environment and Climate Change laid the eighth report to the Scottish Parliament on the Scottish Government's progress in implementing the Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Act 2003 and the second in respect of Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009 on March 21, 2009.
Annual Report to the Scottish Parliament - May 2010
Environment Minister Roseanna Cunningham laid the first annual report on the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009 to the Scottish Parliament on May 13, 2010.
This first report details the implemention the Act, as well as outlining continued work in reducing the impact of flooding to Scotland's communities, environment, cultural heritage and economy.
