Description:A summary of a research project, conducted during the Spring of 2008, providing support to adult literacies tutors to investigate their current practices around the Individual Learning Planning (ILP) process. The workshop sets out to present some initial findings from this project, both in terms of the practitioners’ research on ILPs and strategies for supporting practitioners to become involved in research.
