The fourth meeting of the Forum was held in the John McIntyre Conference Centre in Edinburgh focussing on Sustainable energy and productivity as linked themes. First Minister opened the conference followed by speeches from both Grahame Smith, STUC and Crawford Beveridge, Council of Economic Advisers.
