Description:The document has been provided by the Environmental Assessment Division in response to European Structural Funds Division's (ESF) proposals to expand the scope of Priority 3 of the Lowlands and Uplands (LUPS) European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme. It has been agreed that the proposals do not require a full Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and the screening document explains this in detail.
