The Pentland Firth and Orkney Waters Delivery Group (the Group) is being established to support the progression and delivery of wave and tidal energy projects in the region.
The Group's chief purpose is to provide both a forum and a framework for discussion. It will enable collaborative and strategic discussions, focusing chiefly on identifying, articulating and resolving the issues facing the development of the projects awarded commercial leases in March 2010.
