In this consultation (which closed on Thursday 13 December 2007) we sought views on proposed changes to the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order 2007. These were very limited in scope, and, other than a couple of minor drafting changes, related to the Marine Supply Obligation - the text of the short consultation paper explained the background in full. The paper also alluded to the recent BERR consultation on banding the renewables obligation mechanism, and invited broad views on these proposals from a Scottish perspective.
