The learning network identified a need for a better understanding of the challenges facing social enterprises within town centres. Alongside the Small Towns Task Group and the Centre for Scottish Public Policy, the learning network delivered an event on October 26, 2010 that brought together an invited audience of key stakeholders to debate and discuss the role that social enterprises can play in regenerating Scotland's towns.
