Our Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh
The Scottish Centre for Regeneration, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Scotland and Architecture and Design Scotland, have worked with the University of Glasgow to develop a guide to help stakeholders identify good practice in how better places are delivered.
The guide has looked at experience outside of Scotland. It looks to help us better understand how different public bodies have gone about the task of delivering places, making them work better, what kind of relationship they have developed with the private sector and how they have engaged people in the places being developed or regenerated.
This event marked the official launch of this guide and a series of Scottish Urban Regeneration Company (URC)placemaking case studies.
