Key Indicators for Territorial Cohesion and Spatial Planning
The European research project on Key Indicators for Territorial Cohesion and Spatial Planning (KITCASP), in which the Scottish Government is the lead stakeholder, is now drawing to a close and a draft Final Report has been submitted to the European Observation Network on Territorial Development and Cohesion (ESPON). Interactive core indicator dashboards for the 5 stakeholder countries of Scotland, Ireland, Latvia, Iceland and the Basque Country can be found on the web site of Ireland’s All-Island Research Observatory (AIRO).
The findings of the KITCASP project and opportunities for further international collaboration on indicators for spatial planning will be considered at a seminar in Glasgow between October 16 -18, 2013.
