Mediation in planning case studies | In 2008 the Scottish Government published guidance on the role of mediation in resolving planning development and enforcement disputes. | Key Indicators for Territorial Cohesion and Spatial Planning (KITCASP) | The Scottish Government is lead partner in an expression of interest in a Priority 2 ESPON research project on Key Indicators for Territorial Cohesion and Spatial Planning (KITCASP). The other partners are Ireland, Latvia, Iceland and the Basque Country. The project would explore the use of territorial data in developing and monitoring national spatial strategies and other territorial development policies.
