Title:Mediation Project – Outline for Potential Participants
Description:The purpose of this project is to explore the use of formal mediation in the planning system by funding its application to some live cases. The Scottish Government has commissioned an appropriately experienced mediator, and will fund this mediator’s involvement in up to three cases. An evaluation of the mediation cases will be undertaken which will record the participants’ views of the experience. It will also identify key lessons learned.
