2009 - Strengthen the links between land use planning and river basin management planning to ensure implementation of the requirements of the Water Framework Directive (WFD) with regular liaison between delivery partners.

2009 - Scottish River Basin Management Plans (RBMPs) in development plans and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
