| Progress | July, 2011 - A number of strategies and initiatives are being led by the Council, including a town centre health check that will inform new local development plan policy. Main issue 6 is entitled 'Dumfries - Regional Capital' and discusses the main issues and opportunities facing Dumfries town centre. The implementation of the £2m Dumfries Town Centre Regeneration Fund project is underway. 18 March, 2011 - The Dumfries and Galloway Main Issues Report was published for public consultation |
