2009 onwards - Implementation of Riverside Inverclyde URC's 10 year business plan. Consider the need for environmental assessment, appropriate assessment and detailed scheme level mitigation at plan or project level.

Progress

July, 2011 - Riverside Inverclyde URC is currently developing the second phase of high quality office space at Clyde View, progressing development at Victoria & East India Harbours where new homes, retail and business space are planned alongside Greenock Arts Guild Theatre. A number of planning applications have been approved and pre-development work is continuing on several employment sites throughout Inverclyde.

June, 2010 - a Limited Liability Partnership has been created with Peel to redevelop 107 acre James Watt Dock Site.

October 2009 - URC opened the Clyde View office development
