| Progress | Green Arena project launched in 2009 which aims to use sites awaiting redevelopment as temporary landscape and green spaces until development recommences post-recession. May 2009 - identified as SSCI exemplar project Green Area granted planning approval, to commence on site 2009/10 Drip Road Traffic calming completed. Completed 50 social rented homes in partnership with Ford Housing Association site 5 completed and sold. 118 private for sale homes on site 5 awarded funding from the Town Centre Regeneration fund to design and construct a mixed use low carbon development and also to construct a new training centre for the Sustainable Community Enterprise |
