MilestonesAugust 03, 2009 - National development applications to be processed in line with new planning application procedures set out in the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedures (Scotland) Regulations 2008, Circular 4/2009: Development Management Procedures and the relevant provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006.
