| Progress | May 2010 - work on a new 12,500 seat arena at the SECC has commenced. Land ownership consolidation is being progressed at Pacific Quay. The business case for the development of Fastlink is being finalised. Improvements to junction 19 M8 to facilitate new riverside developments are being investigated. Riverside Museum is due for completion in 2011. |
