This proposal aims to take an integrated whole-town approach to delivering an exemplar of town expansion, driving the regeneration of Lochgelly to deliver key social, environmental and economic benefits to the town. 1400 homes are to be delivered on greenfield land to enable Lochgelly to develop sustainably. The proposals include provision of quality new employment land and community facilities, in order to secure wider economic and social gains while enhancing the town's identity.
