When the Scottish Broadcasting Commission (SBC) published its report, it made 22 recommendations. The final of these was a requirement for Scottish Ministers to report back annually over three years to the Scottish Parliament on their progress in implementing the SBC's recommendations. This would take place over the years of 2009, 2010 and 2011. Below are the progress reports submitted to date.
