The Scottish Sports Hall of Fame belongs to every person in Scotland, and anyone can vote for their own personal hero to be included.
It was inspired by the realisation that in Scotland, we don't always remember and enjoy our past sporting achievements as much as we should. The Scottish Sports Hall of Fame gives us all an opportunity to look back on the many great champions that this country has produced.
The Scottish Sports Hall of Fame is a collaboration between sportscotland and the National Museums of Scotland and has its own website at www.sshf.co.uk.
