Forth Replacement Crossing: Consultation on the M9/A90/M90 Trunk Road Regulations 2012 and, A823(M) Trunk Road Regulations 2012 [Transport]

The Regulations will give Ministers powers to operate a bus lane on specified sections of the hard shoulder of the M90, M9 Spur and A823(M) and also implement mandatory variable speed limits on traffic lanes on the M90 between Junction 2a (Halbeath Interchange) and Junction 1 (Admiralty Junction).
