It explores the idea of developing advice to planning authorities on the use of suspensive conditions covering aviation objections whiles at the same time expressing a position which Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP's) can refer to in deciding where to apply the limited mitigation they are able to provide to safeguard aviation.
