This paper is designed to complement the Government's discussion paper on a Low Carbon Economy in Scotland, as part of the Government's overarching Economic Strategy.
It summarises key developments across the energy sector, which is leading the way towards a low carbon future. It should be read in conjunction with the Low Carbon Economy Discussion Paper, which contains general information on issues such as finance, skills and innovation which apply to the Energy Sector as well as other sectors.
