DescriptionThe Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 requires Scottish Ministers to consult on proposals to extend permitted development (PD) rights to micro wind turbines (MWT) and air source heat pump (ASHP) installation on domestic buildings. This consultation fulfils that undertaking as required by section 70 of the Act.
