Part of the Rural Land Use Study, summarises findings from research exploring current and future drivers and factors involved in decisions about the use and management of land in Scotland
The report is an analysis of responses to a consultation on the Housing (Scotland) Bill 2009. The consultation proposed changes in the entitlements in Right to Buy, modernising the Scottish Housing Regulator, the establishment of a Scottish Social Housing Charter and asked opinions on the name 'Social Landlord'.
