Regulated Work with Adults Order [People and Society]

The Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Modification of Regulated Work with Adults) Order 2010. Consultation on provision making changes to the scope of regulated work with adults (set out in schedule 3 to the PVG Act) which affects who should be a PVG Scheme member.

Part of the Rural Land Use Study, summarises findings from research exploring current and future drivers and factors involved in decisions about the use and management of land in Scotland

Draft Housing (Scotland) Bill: a Consultation - an Analysis of Responses [Research]

The report is an analysis of responses to a consultation on the Housing (Scotland) Bill 2009. The consultation proposed changes in the entitlements in Right to Buy, modernising the Scottish Housing Regulator, the establishment of a Scottish Social Housing Charter and asked opinions on the name 'Social Landlord'.
