Purpose
This consultation invites comments on a revised Code of Practice which provides guidance for Scottish public authorities on discharging their functions under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
Subject to the responses received, a final version of the Code will be laid before Parliament in 2010, at which point it will come into force.
