DescriptionThe Scottish Government is carrying out a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of its consultation on the Energy Efficiency Action Plan (EEAP) for Scotland. SEA provides a framework to consider the environmental effects of certain plans, programmes and strategies (PPS) and to integrate environmental factors into their development. This Environmental Report documents the assessment and has been prepared in accordance with the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005.
