DescriptionAs part of the preparation of The Scotland's Zero Waste Plan the Scottish Government is carrying out a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA). SEA is a systematic method for considering the likely environmental effects of certain Plans, Programmes and Strategies (PPS).
