11 Exclusions

11.1 
A sQP is limited to registered local bus services some services may be excluded from the specified area or corridor but they must be specified when developing the scheme
11.2 Exclusions may include:
- inter-urban or other long distance registered scheduled services that are not generally used for local journeys within the scheme area;
- infrequent registered services not generally operating high mileage within the scheme area;
- other registered services that make limited use of corridors or stops within the scheme area;
11.3 In addition to non registered services such as, excursion or tour services, services not widely used by the general public (e.g. school or works buses) or community transport/dial-a-ride services.
