Addendum
In section 2.5 it is stated that Fife Council did not reply to the consultation. This is inaccurate, as its response was as a part of Fife Housing Partnership, which was treated as an RSL consortium in the consultation analysis. For the same reason, section 2.7 is also inaccurate as it states no Community Planning Partnership responded, while in fact Fife Housing Partnership acts as the community planning housing group for Fife.
