Developing Consortia is a guide to the legal issues involved in establishing consortia. The guide has been developed for social enterprises and other third sector organisations in Scotland. It has a specific focus on supporting organisations that want to enter the public service delivery market, although the legal issues covered in the guide are of a generic nature.
The Scottish Government has commissioned a suite of guidance publications which are aimed at those organisations seeking to deliver public services; the latest of these guides is “Developing Consortia” which has a specific focus on supporting social enterprises and other third sector organisations within Scotland that want to enter the public service delivery market.

The Hospital Services for Young People in Scotland contains recommendations for NHS Boards and their regional planning partners to ensure that the care they provide for young people requiring to spend time in hospital is appropriate to their particular needs. This follows the committment to raise the age limit for children's hospital from the 13th to 16th birthday.
