1. Introduction
1.1. Any piece of legislation which will create or extend a regulatory regime must include a consideration of the impact of regulation on the relevant sectors. This Final Regulatory Impact Assessment ( RIA) aims to provide information on some of the options which were considered in relation to the Climate Change (Scotland) Bill. The full range of possible options can not be presented due to the breadth of such a range.
