Environmental Report
This document sets out the finalised Environmental Report to accompany the West Edinburgh Planning Framework 2008 ( WEPF). The Environmental report is the record of the Strategic Environmental Assessment which was undertaken to inform the preparation of the WEPF. The Environmental Report has been prepared in line with the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (now superseded).
The Environmental Report was first issued in draft from in 2006 and was subject to public consultation alongside the draft WEPF. A number of changes were made to the WEPF and the Environmental Report has been updated to reflect those changes. Comments received on the draft Environmental Report have also been reflected as necessary.
