Input-Output Tables and Multipliers for Scotland 1998-2004
A National Statistics Publication for Scotland
The Input-Output tables provide a complete picture of the flows of goods and services in the economy for a given year. They detail the relationship between producers and consumers and the interdependencies of industries.
These are the first Scottish time series consistent tables and replace previously published tables for 1998 to 2004 that were published as annual snapshots.
The tables are used by governments, academics and other analysts to produce detailed analysis of the Scottish economy and to model the impact of hypothetical economic events.
The tables can be accessed online via the Scottish Government website at: http://www.scotland.gov.uk/input-output
