Many thanks are due to the following people who helped us with this research.

• Staff at the MHTS administration office in Hamilton who helped recruit panel members for focus group discussion. We would also like to thank MHTS staff who took part in a stakeholder interview or attended the system mapping event. In addition we would like to thank staff in the IT department for producing data for the report and the accountant who provided MHTSA costs data. Specifically, we would like to thank them for their patience in dealing with the number of queries and requests from the research team and for their assistance and advice throughout the project.
