Introduction
The Scottish Government commissioned Planning Aid for Scotland ( PAS) to hold five consultation events for 'hard to reach' or 'seldom heard' sectors of Scottish communities. These events focused on the recently published Scottish Government planning consultation papers - with the emphasis on Development Planning and Development Management Regulations - in trying to identify pertinent issues which affect these particular communities.
The Scottish Government is particularly interested in hearing the views of 'Seldom Heard Groups' on proposed planning reforms and in identifying the extent to which these reforms will impact on them.
