A total of 21,046 responses were received altogether.
Of this total, 20,728 were generated by campaigns and are available separately. There were 318 non-campaign responses. Where individuals or organisations gave permission for their responses to be published, the responses are available via the links below. Some responders gave permission to be named but asked that their responses remain confidential. Some responders asked that none of their details be published. All documents are in PDF format.
