The 2012 homelessness support project was set up to support local authorities to achieve the national homelessness target to abolish priority need by 2012. The report is independent of government and is by the two officers seconded from local authority homelessness teams to the Scottish Government to conduct the project. It has been submitted to the three bodies that commissioned it - ALACHO, COSLA and the Scottish Government.
