On the 18 th of July 2008, the Scottish Government launched a consultation on amendments to regulations made under Section 8 of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004. The consultation was open for responses until 10 th October 2008.
A total of 141 responses to the consultation were received. There were 85 individual responses and 56 from organisations. The number of responses to be made available to the public is 63 individual responses and 47 organisation responses.
