We wish to thank the people who assisted us during the inspection. We would particularly like to thank the people who use services and the carers we met during the inspection fieldwork. We are grateful to everyone who took the time to complete our questionnaires that we sent out as part of the inspection process. We appreciate the time given to the inspection fieldwork meetings by local partners and stakeholders.
We would like to give special thanks to the local co-ordinator, the inspection administrator and other support staff who stepped in during fieldwork. The local co-ordinator made sure that the complex and full timetable progressed smoothly over the two week period. Thanks go also to the staff who helped us with the case file reading as well as the staff we met in fieldwork.
