THREATENING BEHAVIOUR/ACTS OF VIOLENCE
Pharmacists may refuse to supply prescribed drugs to persons who commit or threaten to commit violent or criminal acts at the pharmacy. This applies to a person who presents a prescription and anyone accompanying that person.
