DescriptionThe Scottish Government Rural Directorate has determined in consultation with Historic Scotland and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency that the National Scenic Areas ( NSAs) Programme is likely to have significant environmental effects. It has therefore been concluded that a Strategic Environmental Assessment is required. An environmental report will be prepared alongside the Consultative Draft on the NSAs Programme.
