    The Scottish Government invited comments on the Scottish Agricultural College (SAC) becoming a body which may be funded by the Scottish Funding Council and designated as a higher education institution. To inform their decision, the Scottish Government invited views from anyone with an interest in the Scottish Agricultural College and in higher and further education.
