ANNEX 1: PROVIDER ON-LINE QUESTIONNAIRE TO TRAINING PROVIDERS AND FE PROVIDERS
The following questionnaires were distributed to FE and non- FE providers. As the questionnaires were online, respondents could be routed throughout, based on their replies, seeing only questions that addressed their specific type of provision and resources. What follows is a print-out of all of the questions that were included in the survey.
