Background
Please tell me about your involvement in the financial education project.
What aspects of the project have you participated in?
How did you become aware of the project? How did you engage with it?

Impact
Why did these activities work well/not so well? What did you like/dislike about them?
Are there any aspects of the programme that could be improved?
Did you feel you could look after money matters better immediately after the programme? And what about now?
Do you think it will make a difference to you long-term - will this last?
Did you join a credit union as a result of the programme? If not, why was that ( e.g. refused by credit union, didn't want to save, didn't want to take out loans, credit union difficult to get to/poor opening hours)?
Have you opened or changed bank accounts as a result of the programme?
If not, why was that?
Do you feel that you now have a greater knowledge of saving schemes and products? Do you think you would be able to choose the right product for yourself?
Do you know more about the different financial and advice services that are available to you?
Are you more likely to make use of financial and advice services? What services would you use/have you used?
Are you better now at planning your spending?
Has the programme helped you to get a job or keep one?
Have you done anything else/changed anything else you do about money matters as a result of the project ( e.g. set up a savings club, etc)?
Have you encouraged other people to use the project/would you recommend it to other people?
Have you talked to other people about what you learned from the project ( e.g. friends, family, etc)? Do you think they are better at managing money now?
